Resistance to permeation of chemotherapy drugs according to ASTM D6978 :
Chemotherapy drug and concentration / Minimum breakthrough detection time:
- Carmustine, 3.3 mg/ml: 7.3 minutes
- Cisplatin, 1.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan), 20.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Dacarbazine, 10.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Doxorubicin Hydrochloride, 2.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Etoposide (Toposar), 20.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Fluorouracil, 50.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Methotrexate, 25.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Mitomycin C, 0.5 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Paclitaxel (Taxol), 6.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
- Thiotepa, 10.0 mg/ml: 20.6 minutes
- Vincristine Sulfate, 1.0 mg/ml: > 240 minutes
CAUTION: Please note that Carmustine and Thiotepa have extremely low permeation times. DO NOT USE WITH CARMUSTINE. DO NOT USE WITH THIOTEPA.
Gloves used for protection against exposure to chemotherapy molecules must be chosen specifically for the type(s) of chemicals used. Users should review drug labeling or material safety data sheets of medications used to determine an adequate level of protection.

Indications
The single-use nitrile powder-free examination glove is a non-sterile, disposable device intended for medical use that is worn on the examiner's hand to prevent contamination between the patient and the examiner. It has also been tested for use with chemotherapy drugs.
Complies with FDA requirements for food contact (US Standard 21 CFR 177.2600).
